Bob Logemann is the President and CEO of Home Care Industries. Prior to joining Home Care Industries in November 2009, Mr. Logemann served as President and CEO of Consolidated Storage Companies, a manufacturer of industrial storage products, where as one customer described “he accomplished the seemingly impossible task of resurrecting a company that was all but dead”. His multi-national leadership experience includes a successful track record of growing worldwide profits and revenues through the flawless execution of customer-focused initiatives and by building and managing highly motivated teams in the Industrial, Consumer Goods, Medical Device and Material Handling industries. Mr. Logemann’s background also includes senior management positions at KONE Corporation, Sunrise Medical Inc., The Stanley Works and Otis Elevator Company. He received a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Bob enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities and spending time with his family and friends.
Tony Gigante is the Chief Financial Officer. He started at Home Care Industries in November of 1995. Tony is responsible for HomeCare’s Financial and Accounting operations. Tony is a CPA with a BA in Accounting from William Paterson University and holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Previously he was the Vice President of Finance for KEM Manufacturing Company serving the automotive aftermarket and Assistant Controller for Axelrod Dairy Products.
Tony likes to cook and collect wine. Tony also enjoys refereeing youth soccer matches.
Gary Moore is the Chief Information Officer. He started at Home Care Industries in March 2011. Gary is responsible for all Information Services functions for Home Care Industries. He provides leadership, direction and administration for HCI Information Systems (IS) including hardware, software, LAN and WAN. Gary most recently created the IS infrastructure connecting our new La Crosse manufacturing facility to the HCI network.
Prior to joining HCI Gary managed numerous successful hardware and software installations and upgrades as well as technical service, Help Desk and ERP teams covering both the U.S. and Europe. He was instrumental in implementing ERP solutions, JDEdwards and Cisco VolP systems. Gary has worked for companies such as Summit Business Associates and the Chesapeake Corporation.
Gary enjoys golf and fly fishing and spending time with his family.
Charley Hoover is the Senior Vice President of Operations. He started at Home Care Industries in January 2010. Charley is responsible for all operations including manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and maintenance at the HCI Clifton, Oxford, Ontario and La Crosse facilities.
Prior to joining HCI Charley was COO of Silicon Solar, Inc, VP of Operations at Consolidated Storage Companies and had over 20 years of experience in lean manufacturing, global purchasing and quality management at international world class automotive OEM component manufacturers.
Charley enjoys gourmet cooking to share with family and friends.
Glenn Gardone is the Senior Vice President of Sales. He started at Home Care Industries in April 2011. Glenn is responsible for all Food, Drug, Mass, Specialty, OEM, Janitorial/Commercial & Independent Retail Sales throughout North America.
Glenn is a CPG sales executive with 20+ years of experience selling to all retail and wholesale channels throughout North America. Prior to joining HCI, Glenn worked for companies such as Coca Cola, Del Monte, Breakfast Breaks, and most recently Nestle. Glenn has an established record of double digit sales growth in both large and small companies and has experience with both start up businesses and Private Equity. Mr. Gardone has a BS in Finance from Mercy College.
During his personal time, Glenn enjoys woodworking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
