Tricia Arton

Tricia Arton is the Director of Marketing and started working for Home Care Industries in April of 2011. Tricia leads all marketing strategy, new product development and brand management activities for FebrezeTM, Honeywell and HCI brands and is responsible for our advertising agency (MME) and licensed brand partnerships (P&G and Honeywell). Tricia also oversees HCI’s website development and management of our consumer call center.

Tricia has over 15 years of CPG marketing and new product experience. She was Associate Director of Marketing at Pharmaton, Boehringer Ingelheim’s OTC Division, Senior Product Manager at Altria Corp and Playtex Apparel, Brand Manager at Fort James Corp as well as an independent marketing and market research consultant. Tricia received a BA in Philosophy from Temple University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business, NYU.

Tricia enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, is an active animal volunteer and a certified holistic health coach.

Ken Burnett

Ken Burnett is the Vice President of Sales. He started at Home Care Industries in July of 2003. Ken is responsible for the OEM, Janitorial / Commercial & Independent Retailer businesses. In addition Ken oversees all product development and sales and marketing initiatives for these channels. Ken has extensive sales and marketing experience working in the consumer and professional electronics industries. Ken has worked for companies such as Denon, Kenwood and Studer Revox. Ken receieved his BA from Rutgers University.

Ken enjoys, reading, skiing, golfing, cycling, cooking and spending time with family and friends

Ian Swift

Ian Swift is the Director of Team Sales, Altnerate Channels. He started at Home Care Industries in May of 2011. Ian leads the design and execution of sales strategies to deliver team budget and profit objectives. His customer responsibility includes all alternate channel customers, Wal-Mart and Publix.

Ian has 20 years of experience for industry-leading companies with progressive increases in responsibility levels. Ian’s prior experience includes Director of Team Sales - Club at Del Monte and sales management, category management, sales strategy and customer marketing positions at Kellogg. He received a BS in Marketing from Saint John’s University in New York and Wharton executive development program.

Ian enjoys spending time with family, golfing and cooking.

Mike Zucker

Mike Zucker is Director of Team Sales, Grocery. He started at Home Care Industries in June of 2011. Mike is responsible for Retail sales at Home Care Industries. Mike has over 25 years of CPG Sales, Marketing and Operations experience. He was a Regional Manager at Nestle Foods, Director of Sales at Spectrum Brands and has held numerous rolls at Newell and Saint Gobain. Mike received a BA in Marketing from University of Munich.

In Mike’s free time he enjoys playing hockey, baseball and coaching his sons. He and his wife also enjoy traveling with their kids.

Dawn Bourget

Dawn Bourget is Director of Team Sales, Grocery. She started at Home Care Industries in June, 2011. Dawn is responsible for the key customer development in the Grocery Segment for all products manufactured by Home Care Industries. Her previous positions include working at Tribe Mediterranean Foods, a Nestle Division – Responsible for key customer development within the Grocery and Distributor channels. She also worked at BJ’s Wholesale Club – Buyer/Category Management – where she was responsible for procurement and category management for assigned category. At Shaw’s Supermarket’s, a Supervalu division – Buyer – Dawn was responsible for procurement and category management for assigned categories. She was awarded Buyer of the Year. Dawn earned a degree in business administration from Aquinas College.

Dawn enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, volunteering time with children’s sport organizations.


Rose Foti is Vice President of Sales Operations. She started at Home Care Industries in January 1980. Rose leads the Customer Service Department ensuring on-time delivery of orders and customer satisfaction. She works closely with customers regarding artwork, packaging, launching their new items and programs. Her previous positions with HomeCare included Customer Service Rep 1980-1982, Transportation 1982, Purchasing and Scheduling 1983-1985.

Enjoys cooking, fine dining, traveling, Florida, Scrabble and Sudoku.

Ping Zhou

Ping Zhou is the Sales and Marketing Analyst. She started at Home Care Industries in May of 2010. Ping is responsible for sales, marketing, pricing, forecasting, business planning, and new product quantitative and qualitative analysis. Prior to joining HCI, Ping was a Chinese language teacher in Bangkok, Thailand. Ping received a BA in Chinese language and literature at Hainan Normal University in China and a MS in Accounting at Seton Hall in NJ. She is currently pursuing an MBA.

Ping enjoys reading, traveling, swimming and badminton.

Elizabeth Rosario

Elizabeth Rosario is a Sales Assistant. She started at Home Care Industries in August of 2011. Elizabeth provides assistance to the sales team, Fulfills sample requests, and manages new vendor applications. Prior to joining HCI, Elizabeth was an Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper/ Sales Assistant at Logo Mat Central (June 2010 to August 2011); an Administrative Assistant at Coldwell banker Real Estate (February 2009 to June 2010); and a Supervisor at Valley National Bank (September 2006 to April 2009). She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management from Berkeley College.

Elizabeth’s hobbies include painting, reading, and learning how to play the guitar. She also enjoys spending time in New York City visiting galleries and attending various live events with family and friends.
